Standard Shipping and Processing
Standard Delivery orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail which has an estimated to delivery window of 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time will not necessarily be delivered together.
Red Rogue Studios uses the U.S. Postal Service and UPS for delivery on standard business days (Monday-Saturday, excluding federal holidays).
Throughout the checkout process, the shipping costs displayed in your order summary are estimates and do not necessarily reflect the final shipping cost of your purchase. Options that incur surcharges (such as oversized items) or shipping to multiple addresses will affect shipping costs. The cost for shipping and handling is based upon order weight and shipping destination(s). Final shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at the Order Review & Payment screen.
Tracking Your Order
There are several ways to track the status of your order:
- Check your email. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your order ships.
- Visit your account. Sign in or create an account to view your complete order history and check your order status.
- Contact us. If you still have questions about your order, contact customer service
Tracking availability may vary depending on the shipping method selected during checkout and the carrier that is delivering your order. Once shipped, your order may be handled by a carrier (UPS or U.S. Postal Service) that provides tracking information until your order is delivered.
Delayed or Lost Orders
Orders may be delayed due to a variety of issues including, but not limited to, inclement weather and carrier issues. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your order tracking number so you can track your package via the USPS or UPS websites.
Refunds or replacements will only be issued for lost orders. Orders are not considered lost until a minimum of 15 business days from the shipped date. International orders are not considered lost for at least 60 days from shipped date.
